... Well it is 11:30pm on Tuesday night, we are officially wrapping up our first week. I am crossing my fingers to see some great results in the morning when I do my weigh in/measurements for our second week! Here are the first weeks exercises...
Wednesday 7/14- 10 push-ups
Thursday 7/15- None :(
Friday 7/16- 15 min. walk, 15 sit-ups, 15 push-ups
Saturday 7/17- 1/2 mile run, 1/2 mile walk, 15 sit-ups, 10 push-ups
Sunday 7/18- 15 sit-ups, 15 side sit-ups for each side, 10 push-ups
Monday 7/19- None :(
Tuesday 7/20- 30 sit-ups, 30 side sit-ups for each side, 30 push-ups
... Well it was pretty decent for the first week I think! Hopefully this week coming up we will add more running and/or walking, and I am hoping to not have days blank either! It is a work in progress, it took 9 months to add the weight, and it will take a couple months to lose it! I am in it to win it though... :)
